The philosophy of AIMM's keyboard department is one of strong dependence on the mentoring process, by which the students' private teachers guide them musically, and advise them in all aspects of their overall education and development.
The programs we offer keyboardists are:
-Music and Technology Associate Degree: Keyboard Concentration: This program is for intermediate keyboardists who want to develop both their technical skills on an instrument and acquire an in-depth understanding of the writing, recording, mixing, and mastering process.
-Music Performance Certificate with a Concentration in Keyboard: This program consists of keyboard courses designed to provide students with the necessary education to further their music performance abilities and to facilitate their ability to gain employment in the field. This is a more practical program.
